Ms. Utz has spent the past seven years providing innovative counsel for government development projects and startups in the Middle East.
Tim Williams brings decades of experience working around the globe with the public and private sectors, the United Nations and nongovernmental organizations. For six years, Tim worked in the Office of Quartet Representative in Jerusalem, where he was also acting Head of Mission. Tim applies a unique data and analytics-driven approach to his development and recovery work.
Matthew Minor is a social media and communications consultant focusing on digital and written communications. Matthew has worked at the intersection of public policy and communications with the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee and at Mercury Public Affairs.
